Fantastic Four take this.
Blackbolt is only so fast. When he uses his voice, it generally travels in one direction spreading outwards.
Even if he managed to let loose a scream, there's a good chance that he'd take out two or three but that Johnny would dodge.
Novablasts or being crushed in an invisible box - they're two ways he can die.

At full power Blackbolt's scream is compariable to the detonation of a nuclear weapon. None of the Fantastic Four could dodge that or survive. Maaaaaaaaybe the Thing would live, but he would be at least K.O.'ed

But you're assuming that Blackbolt is gonna let rip with a scream from the off.
He never does.
Torch will fry him or Sue will crush him.
Reed and Ben won't get a look in.

I can also write a story in which BB totally destroys the FF.

IMO BB certainly has the power needed to destroy the FF, and the brains to use it properly.
The OP didn't mention anything about prep time. if the FF have prep time, they'll most likely annihilate him quickly enough. If BB has prep, he might pull a black panther on them, only given his attributes actually get the job done.
Divide et impera is the name of the game, and if he can do that, then toe to toe with each of the FF, i'm almost certain that BB can win.

The FF have beaten BB before. At this point they know him pretty well and have a strategy for beating him. BB wouldnt necessarily kill the FF with his scream. Sue was able to protect the F4 from an amplified BB scream in F4 #375. It wasnt a direct attack though, it was the back lash of BB screaming at a Watcher empowered Doom.
Thing has done pretty well against BB in H2H. And about Thing's durability, he did survive inside Ego the Living Planet when he exploded and was found later on drifting in space unconscious but relatively entact. So don't sleep on his durability.
Then there's the lethal force that IW and HT can produce...BB would be vulnerable to either nova flame or an invisible spear.
Could go either way...close fight.

actually a whisper was enough to take out gladiater{the gladiater that can survive in the hearts of stars without breakin a sweat} and bb has punked sphinx down too{the same sphinx that proved a problem for galactus} id definately say that he has enough power to take the ff down,{and much more than just a nuclear bomb}, but the only reason he might lose this is cause of sue's forcefield, because that forcefield has stood up against force blasts frpom galactus and has ripped a hole through galactus's chest.

With Devide ET Impera, even BPanther can take on the FF, all Boltagon has to do is say, "Why cant we all just get along ??"
Kaboom !!! Only Sue will survive (only is she is prepared),
And if BB has mastered his electron manipulating skills to the highest level, theres a chance that he can collapse SUe's ff.... Cuz the forcefield is made out of some kinda compacted-atom-thingy !!!
