The Hulk with the uni-power is more powerful than superman. Hulk would increase strength, light speed, durability, energy blast etc. Savage Hulk vs Superman is 50/50 depending on the story but the hulk with the uni-power is overkill. Invisible WOman w/uni-power was kicking the sh** out of gladiator ass, hulk w/unipower >>> Superman.
