Yes Alpha Flight can win, they have several gods on the team plus a member in her ultimate form that took on the avengers single handly that included Thor and Captain Marvel.
Hulk and Juggernaut can be banished or two Tanaraq's could go one on one with them easily.
alpha flight got owned by the Collective and even depowered juggernaut owned them while they were wearing hulk buster armors . Gladiator alone can beat them

No he didn't! I have the comics and they completly got their powers wrong as Vindicator doesn't shot machine gun fire and Mac going at Jugz fist to fist? and he never even owned them! He has blasts that can kill Sasquatch in one blow, shields that have blocked nuclear explosion and how would he even grab him with his computer mind, speed and shield. Uh huh, if you know ANYTHING about Alpha Flight you would know that was badly written anyways. This is non-jobbing Alpha Flight
Guardian maybe even able to manipulate the brain waves of Juggernaut, as his helmet blocks telepathic assualts not brain manipulation through the use of electromagnetic field. If he couldn't do it with the helmet on, Tanaraq can always just rip it off and do it then. He also has sonics, which can be lethal to Juggernaut
Basically, I see this as two bricks and a Superman clone vs one of the most versatile and powerful superhero teams. That being said I don't see Juggy or the Hulk being significant factors as they can easily be BFRed or incapacitate by Alpha Flight. However, that still leaves AF with a significant problem as a Superman clone is a difficult opponent for anyone to defeat (particularly as it relates to speed). Again it is Alpha Flight's versatility that would save the day and allow them to triumph where others would come up short.
Having a Dr. Strange level character on their team would allow them to deal with all of these opponents rather easily. The only problem that they would face is preventing a speedblitz on Gladiator's part as Shaman would need a few moments to end the fight. Luckily Alpha Flight has the required abilities to provided Shaman all the time he needs thanks to Guardian's tracking systems, electromagnetic barrier, electromagnetic field, computerized mind, Aurora's and Northstar's speed, and even Sasquatch's reflexes they should be able to keep Gladiator occupied long enough to send him and his teammates into the void.

It depends on how you define "attacks." I'm sure he could take the standard bolt of magical energy with much trouble, but one does not have to think very creatively to come up with a plethora of ways in which to beat Juggy without trying to overcome his strength or durability. The team has teleportational and telepathic abilities which is all they really need to easily handle Juggernaut.

I feel in this fight, Gladiator is the biggest threat but he won't be going lightspeed on Earth or anything like that. He would destroy the environment if he did, and Aurora has been shown to dodge multiple lightening bolts showing her natural speed and both her and her brother can go 99% speed of light if they pushed themselves.
