That was in the Infinity War and it was PIS. He had no prep at all and Doom shouldve lost. Look what Kang did to the avengers the last two times they fought.

Bats 1million has only appeared in a few comics. He stole souls, was in charge of an entire planet by himself (yeah, he was able to handle the planet by himself w/o any help), was incharge of the JLA 1 Million prison which housed some of the worst villains in the entire galaxy (they trusted him to do it all by himself w/o any help, again). His tech made Kangs look retarded, plus he has an IQ of 1045.
dont try to tell me Kang has an IQ of 1045. Batman's IQ was so high, that he basically had pre-cog just based on his intelligence alone.
Kang created a fortress outside of time, thats how smart he is.

While Kang does not possess super-human abilities per se, he appears to be on a strength and endurance level roughly similar to Captain America, as he is able to take him on in a fairly evenly matched battle- this suggests at least some enhancement.

Equipment
Kang often uses a hover pad. He also typically carries various weapons, such as an anti-matter defence screen generator, a "vibration-ray" projector, an electromagnectic field amplifier, neutrino-ray warheaded missile launcher (hand-gun size), electrical paralysis generator,nerve gas sprayer and a molecular expander. He commands a vast armada of warriors from across the galaxy of his of his futre era, armed with advanced weaponry. He used numerous robots, most notably his Growing-Man stimuloids, packed with the "Growth Pollen" of the world Kosmos, which causes them to grow in size and strength by absorbing kinectic energy; this Growth Pollen uses the same energy accessed, via the size-changing "Pym Particles" discovered by Dr Henry Pym. He also normally uses a sword in hand-to-hand combat, considering himself a 'warrior for all the ages'.

Kang is an expert in travel through and manipulation of time and has mastered his future's advanced technology. He is an expert strategist, a veteran of armed and unarmed combat and has an indomitable will to succeed through struggle. Above Genius intelligence.

Mabye if Kang had months of prep and Batman had none, then Kang would stand a chance, but without prep this is almost spite..... Batman 1million is really that badass
nah, besides the other things i named, Bats can also make Avatars of himself that are capable of what he can do, how would Kang do against lets say 20 or 30 Batman 1millions? Kang really has no chance here especially if Bats has prep
Kang also conquered the future and built a fortress outside of time. He has controlled an manipulated the Avengers and almost wiped out the earth countless times. It always takes a full army of heroes to beat him.

Well he conquered most of the galaxy in the future so id say yeah, hes come close to doing many times to earth. And Bats didnt fight the entire planet he caught them one by one and imprisoned them.

Ha!!! You wish. He got pwned by Thor before. PWNED... badly. Doom has beaten him. He's not as good as you're thinking. He beat the Avengers using trickery. He isn't as smart as Bats 1 Million, and his tech isn't as impressive. Bats 1 Million 10/10.
