WonderWoman for the win .....and she would actually win this with ease.
The thing is, when going all out WonderWoman can be a veritable beast. Not only his her strength prodigious, she has excessive speed, great resilience (eg when Superman knocked her from the sun all the way into the earth, and she got up), is an extremely skilled fighter (people always bring up Batman and forget WW is an adept combatant), and all sorts of magical enhancements (eg she is one of the few people out there who can slay Superman at will .....goodness, she could even use her freakin' tiara).
Now, Superboy is no joke. The guy can be a beast himself, and we saw how he did DC Earth proud by taking on Superboy Prime.
The thing is, WW can easily kill him using her speed (greater) and strength (not only greater, but bestowed by the gods and linked to the earth ....read: magic).
Someday Superboy will have the potential to be more powerful than Superman even (particularly when the FULL extent of his Kryptonian powers is meshed with the FULL extent of his tactile TK), but for now he would just be a whipping boy for WonderWoman.
WW wins ....and wins quick.
(however in the future, when Superboy is a man, his range of powers ....at their fullest regime ....would definitely give him a win here .....and believe it or not make him with VERY easily. WonderWoman wouldn't even be able to get near him let alone fight him).
Strength, speed, intelligence, combat prowess, invulnerability and magical nature? What more does a former Goddess of Truth need to teach boy a lesson in pain?

She could Superman at will if she so desired. She has the Weapons to do it. Much like thor's hammer which grants him many ways to kill. Diana's Guantlet can guanantee that she could knock Superman's head off if she so desired and thought it was absolutely the only way. She could use her lasso and sword and end it as well. But since she's a warrior she hardly ever would go that route.
