Wait, return? As in, RKT? Or Donald Blake? If it's the former, even the power battery on Oa isn't gonna stop him. If it's the latter, with Thor's classic power, hard to call. How do GL rings do against magic? And does Doom have prep?

I think Doom takes all ten. With a year to practice with it? Plus... the GL ring is completely about willpower... and Dr. Doom is up their with Lucifer in terms of characters who have insane amounts of willpower. Doom could probably do ANYTHING with a GL ring.

Assuming the ring accepts him, I too think Doom could do pretty much anything short of killing Thor, because I think the rings are against killing. If it was a qwardian ring there might be some bloodshed.
Does it matter? Has Thor done anything that can't be blocked by non-magic defenses?
