OK so who could SavageBanner win agaist in a fight H2H?

Mind you he lacks Hulk's strength and durability, he lacks Banner intelect and has no skill of any sort.

However his is always bloodlusted and quite passionate.

umm, hmm... I think he could beat Charles Xavier. given that the guy's in a wheel chair and his chief weapon is psionics... Banner's 'savage' mind would be the perfect defence against such an attack.
