I think we had this discussion before. The Whilygig and the Gauntlet are about equal in power but because of it's versatility the Gantlet is slightly more dangerous.

The HOTI would be ridiculous no expression

For those that are answering "IG", what specifically leads you to believe that?

Certainly, so far as I know, the Infinity Gauntlet never destroyed and recreated a universe with physical laws that were at the whim of the user.

i guess destroying/recreating universes is becoming the norm to gauge such weapons nowadays...

but...

four alternate gems were destroying ALL realities...

and an incomplete IG negated the UN...

UN = can destroy a multiverse...

or so i'm led to believe...
