 Cosmic Wars: Roma & Captain Britain vs. Phoenix & Galactus

Captain Britain with Amulet of Right + Sword of Might
Roma (under her own power)

vs.
White Phoenix of the Crown
Galactus having absorbed the Taa 2 (Secret War 1)


Stipulations
This is a fight under their own power, no tech. Celestial Nullifier, and Ultimate Nullifier are banned along with any other technological aid.

Phoenix and Galactus are allowed all feats, from previous/alternate incarnation since these are deem as the strongest or near top shape versions if themselves.

Unfortunately there aren't many feats for the Sword + Amulet,
we've only seen it re-create a Universe with a gesture.

Theoretically it can sunder or remake the Omniverse.

(they are the weapons of choice for the Omniversal guardian,
Excalibur was forged in Heaven)

Roma also lacks feats,
we've seen her with control over Time,
molecular manipulation,
dimensional transcendence,
telepathy across Universes.

That''s more or less it,
remember, the Omniversal guardians usually operate through their agents.

They would be boring any other way. (in comics that is)
Hence, the few direct involvements.

Btw. Merlyn as the real powerhouse,
when he was merged with the Matrix,
Roma enjoys using her tech primarily.
