Fear gas vs Laughing gas

Which is more effective? Jokers laughing gas or Scarecrows feargas? please no fart jokes. stick out tongue

don't remember what issue it was.
yea he used the fear gas on the Joker but had no effect on Joker.
At the end Joker managed to spray Scarecrow with the laughing gas and scarecrow couldn't stop laughing. Joker didn't kill him or attack him after that he just left

Nah... Didnt even stop him for a second, just made him laugh while beating the crap outta Scarecrow. Also Raven of the titans once made him see his deepest fears, made him laugh to tears.
