1st fight marvel ares is given supermans strength and durability, he has his axe.
grounded fight,no other powers, physical only(ares has axe) who goes down?

2nd fight dc ares vs superman no rules

first scenario seems kinda unfair, you basically have gavin superman and ares the same power, but gave ares and axe to go along with it.
