Kingpin has lost to Daredevil, and Drakon's got higher stats than Matt, some very skilled fighters can barely see Drakon move. Plus he's amazingly strong and tough for his size.
He's really fast as in 'fast as a skilled human who's a lot smaller'.
Drakon is fast in terms of 'Oh look Roy Harper just got his throat slit without noticing and Connor Hawke can *barely* react in the time it takes for Drakon to cover a dozen feet'.
then kingpin beats him with his brains. he uses his insane damage soak and the the fact that he looks like hes as slow as most people his size. he plays possum and once he gets a hold of him, its all over
