Captain Marvel Vs Thor (with twist)

Captain Marvel gets a perfect duplicate of thors hammer and full manipulation of shazam lighting through hammer or sky(cannot revert back), he also has the other uses of the hammer (energy absorbing etc)

Thor is slightly outclassed by Marvel phsycally.
Marvel 6/10

However thor has the more exotic abilities of the hammer
split 5/10 each

In this fight we take away thor's advntage but marvel keeps his

marvel takes the majority

Marvel Thor is a hybrid Asgardian/Elder God combination and *not* just a pantheon god, so this argument is completely invalid.
