Hulk if he familiarizes himself with what is important. That would give him an almost equal versatility ground with a nasty healing factor and the ability to become stronger as the fight goes on.
Even then Thor has a whole lot more experience and another abilities not tied to the uru hammer.

You should have just used a gamma Thor VS regular Thor...
When Thor was hit by gamma and became hulk like... He would have been stronger and possibly have a healing factor but less likely to use mjllnir... To it's full effect... VS you know a Thor in control of all his assets but without the berserker attributes...
