Franklin's a massive reality warper -- in addition to being a powerful psionic. His own father, Reed Richards, once put him in a coma to prevent his psionic energies from destroying all life in the solar system.

Well Jenny did swallow up a universe and has created her own dimensions. She's basically Franklin, but with more experience.

Not exactly. My point is that Franklin has additional powers aside from reality warping and molecular manipulation. He also has vast psionic abilities.

Mad Jim Jaspers' creation The Fury was able to defeat Jaspers by transporting him to a place outside of reality. As a result, Jaspers was rendered powerless because he basically had nothing to warp. Now, I'm not sure the same can be applied to either Franklin or Jenny, but assuming they are similar to Jaspers, Franklin would still have his psionic powers to fall back on in absence of external reality. My thoughts.
