Zomling/Strange or Sentry would do it. Juggernaut would also be a handful. But truth be told, he'd probably be badly injured or near death even before them.

I assumed he would only take the Hulk's fights and not the fights of the entire warbound stick out tongue

If Thor's as angry as the Hulk is, he could just kill anyone he's facing with a strong enough lightningbolt, energy-blast or esoteric power.

Or just destroy the planet....
