With the Worlogog, Hourman has no equal.

Amazo comes next after he copied the Worlogog

Brainiac with the Miracle Machine is third.

Amazo is next depending on his power set.

Pym should win, his tech killed 99.99% of all Ai

He did this with a simple wave of his hand.

It's not which single character wins, but which universe has the most formidable AI. Besides there isn't anything Amazo can't copy, including tech.

Formidable would be the Fury, I guess.

Mageddon was sure powerful, but was relatively simplistic in terms of AI.

The Phalanx, on the other hand, were an entire race.

So I would say, Marvel.

Although, Golgo, you missed one of the most formidable AIs on DC...

I would put Fury in the top 5 for sure, but I'm not sure I'd put it over a competent Amazo. TMazo would be my #1 pick, with Fury at #2, and Hourman at #3.

It was formidable - but without an external amp (giving it the Worlogog, for example), it's not all that in terms of AI.

I mean, you might as well ask who is more formidable, Jimmy Olson or Deathstroke......

Except Jimmy has the Worlogog.

We're not using Amazo with the Worlogog. But it shows that Amazo can copy uber things like an artifact such as the Worlogog. Why couldn't Amazo copy Fury's abilities?

Fury would just develop countermeasures against copying stick out tongue

You forgot to mention Imperiex probes, btw. Pretty much soloed DCU.

It would be an endless stalemate of copying, then.
