I'll rank BM, WM Thor, and Jane higher though.

Kurse was only 4 times stronger than Thor. WM Thor is 10 times stronger.
Most Hulks are not more than 3 times stronger than Thor. I would say WWH is about 2-4 times stronger than Thor. WBH is obviously many times stronger.

BM is definitely stronger than any version of Namor. He definitely should be at Hulk level.

Jane is definitely stronger than Odinson. Mjolnir gives her Thor's exact power plus possibly more (evidence to support it). Jane ripping adamantium doors proves it too.

WM Thor never existed in comics. If achieved then it was said he would be 10x stronger.
