To take on Superman, I'd pick Thor

Sentry for WW

Strange for Flash, maybe find a way to put the bands of Cytorrak on him.

Surfer for GL, his power cosmic should be able to match up pretty well to his ring.

Hulk for Captain Marvel , Hulk should be able to handle Billy and assist the struggling Marvel heroes.

LS and Fantomex frovide the team completeplot protection meaning no attack launched on the team by tje JLA is ever successful. When their atyacks fall short Rogue and mimic copy the powers of whoever is near and since they can hit their opponents (who can't hit them) wipe the floor with them

Xman is just there for support against stragglers
