In terms of relative raw power. Relative showings>Space cheese, but feats count as well obviously.

Thor held back against him per his own words in the comic

Rogol destroyed krypton, so there's no excuse for superman holding back against him. he got stomped, casually.

Tbf, fake Terrax has been using Superman as toilet paper for like 5 issues. He makes the Tutinax beating look good in comparison.

Regardless, flavour of the month characters are terrible metrics so I don't think that is relevant outside of riling up Superman fans.
