Not really up on nu52 sam but pre 52 stomps pretty damn hard. If America is patriotic he's stronger, faster a shite load more durable and has a bucket load of mental powers to boot.

Got any feats for him? Preferably scans but I'll take just descriptions. The scans from Mind is one of the 3 noteworthy examples I've actually seen from him(other than growing gigantic helps in stopping missiles and catching).

When you speak of Uncle Sam I remember a character from the pre crisis area who lead a group called the 'freedom fighters' of an alternative earth from a JLA / JSA story.
He was, Earth-X, where Nazi Germany won WWII. Those characters would end up Post-CRISIS, in some cases redone(or at least legacy members) like the Charlton(not sure if spelling right) characters (Captain Atom, Blue Beetle, Nightshade, ect).

I'm on hols at the moment. Just spent a week in the NSW snow fields and am in sydney for a fee days b4 heading home to the sunny gold coast on Wednesday. While I have several issues od post coie Freedom Fighters I cant for the life of me remember many feats (except him transporting the team around from his realm). So the only ones that come to mind are pre COIE from All Star Squadron (etc). Feats like his mental shield holding out Spectre, and his mental battle with Baron Blitzctrieg (Baron Blitz suddenly having mental powers for tje 2st time didnt sit well with me though).
I'll pull some issues and put up scans once I settle back in at home.
@leo his mental powers (besides force fields and force waves and dimesnional travel) were more about mentally inspiring others than direct influence. Strength durability wise he's literally all over the place because it depends on the level of belief Americans have in America.

I'd argue that Namor is within Black Adam's weight class, and that he'd certainly be able to give as good as he gets based on his fights with, Hulk, Hyperion, Thanos, Sentry, Blue Marvel, Hercules... etc. I'm not saying that he'd win, but he's more than capable of contending with the higher echelon of Marvel 616 Earth which includes guys and gals that can match Black Adam's level of physical strength. Some have even surpassed him based on feats. Anyone thinking that he isn't in the Marvel 616 Earth top tier list in terms of strength haven't been paying attention.
If Uncle Sam far surpasses those levels then he definitely dwarves Namor.
Well with how divided America has become, I'd imagine he'd split into two like they had him during the Civil War. Hillary supporters would be represented by Hillary, Antifa, Stormy Daniels, and an angry trans-trans(born a woman, identifies as a man who identifies as a woman) feminist with pink hair and a degree in gender studies. Trump supporters would be represented by JSOC(Delta Force, ISA, SEAL Team 6, ect).
