Always wondered... who is the weakest person that can repeat this. Have to be done EXACTLY like this. Also, please provide proof.

Like that - exactly like that (tapping one finger NAIL into the ground and causing an energy ripple that destroys a planet) - and to provide PROOF of that?

The answer is NO ONE (not even your beloved Hulk) with the exception of reality warpers/similar level beings.

Someone said Danny Rand - no he cannot.
Someone else said Hulk - no he cannot, no matter how �angry� he is.
The other usual suspects also wouldn�t - they may be able to smash planets, but Carver said EXACTLY the way Beerus did it. A finger nail tap.

Only reality warpers and other high level beings can replicate a finger-tap planet smash.
