Tien is looking right at Goku and while the attack goes off (solar energy mind you), Goku not only outruns the attack, he grabs Roshi glasses who was in the audience (and was also blinded by the attack), run back to the middle of the ring, put the glasses on so that the SOLAR ENERGY doesn't touch or blind him.
1. How do you know the solar energy or whatever never touched Goku?
2. Why would that be faster than Flash? Flash has literally saved thousands of people going back and forth for many miles before a hydrogen bomb detonates fully (radiation comes out at the speed of light).
Why couldn't he be slower then the attack, but faster then Tien making his pose?
And how do you prove Tien can perform the pose at light speed?

OPM are pretty easy by comparison, because they don't have a leg to stand on. Any reasonably intelligent poster can dismantle them, or hit them with better gag manga (Like Arale from Doctor Slump)
