The question is, what do you consider an average Superman?

Casual Superman still has atto reaction time, still fly ftl, can destroy a planet by just jumping, and can survive a planet exploding in his face.

Thats a great question

There are too many trends, which means the “average” continually shifts, true.
Currently, though, when authors put Superman’s nose to the grindstone, they have him achieve feats that are, on average, pretty darn high much higher than what you typically get from other characters when authors have them do the same.
