There you were amogst the crowd,
you stood out the most, I wanted you bad,
'Twas November when I met you,
It is forever that I'll keep you,
Why must life be so hard on me,
When I need you all the time,
You drown my problems, you make me happy,
but when It is I want to see you, It cant happen,
You're the first and last one I've ever loved this much,
Why? There are too many explanations,
but Im never letting you go..
I Love Daniel More Than ANYONE In This World! Everyone Should Know This.

a lot of poetry i've read about teen angst and heartaches or love, are generally written pretty much the same way....that's just the nature of being a teen
you can express yourself through words, but what makes one stand out from all the rest is: life experience and a mastery of the written word, tempo and cadence....it's either that or i'm just full of verbal diarrhea - take your pick
but generally pour more emotion into it if that's the type of thing you wish to write....read and compare yours to others and you'll see what i mean
