Let's see, Both Arceus & Hyper Sonic have all these abilities, but different abilities, Arceus is really beasty with it's stats, and has these plates that beaf itself up as well as powerful moves. I really like both, but I'd have to say Hyper Sonic wins. Hyper Sonic has an attack that kills all onscreen enemies exept bosses and he can actually kill someone even if he is standing still and they bump into him, he's also invicnible with limitless power, immense strength, tremendous speed, and of course his trusty Chaos Control.
