Revan have a word a mezzage cappable of mazziv galvanization, he have mazziv armiez, and hiz troopz have the zenz of zacrifice... They are equipped with Energy zhield but E-11 cut trhough it can only hold 2 zhotz like in ME....

Becauze Revan have battle meditation XDXDXDXDXDXDXDXDXDXDXDXDXDXDDXD !!!!!
He uze it to zacrifieze iz troopz when necezzary, without downing the moral of hiz troopz.....
Battle meditation might make Revan a more effective battle commander and thus grant him the win {maybe?}, but Ant asked which is the greater tactician and that would indeed be Thrawn.

There iz many category where you can exel if uou r a tactician...
Be a great tactician= inknowledge the technology of your time, know how it'z working and bring your own ivention with it...
If You gave them both Revan era tech both Thrawn Era tech or totaly neutral tech wich iz totaly unknowed with the zame effectif on each zide.... It really change.
WIth the 3rd one it iz the underztanding and adapting capacity wich are in cauz even if thrawn iz a chizz with great obzervation zkill... Revan get the edge on thiz point, and will appropriate the fleet mechanic more quicly...
