How come Jacen fights Luke and is considered a god but when Lumiya fights Luke she isn't?

Because it was massive PIS. And in the second fight, when Luke isn't concerned about nearby citizens, he easily bested her.

Plus she struggled against Lobi.

Lumiya got overpowered in the force by a standard jedi knight.

feat for Lobi. Also I read that fight, she killed most of the citizens and she was fighting evenly with Luke until he got distracted and it turned to her favor. She did use a citizen as a human shield once but for the majority of the fight it was a fair fight and seemingly a stalemate

Talzin will win but not a stomp. Lumiya is able to defend against Force attacks but due to lack of Force reserves will get tired fast.

That wasn't an easy victory. Luke managed to drive her back but that's it. Then they had saber lock contest in which Luke was able to push her off the cliff. Winning due to taking advantage of the environment is not an easy victory.

Lumiya did not get overpowered. She pushed statue back at Jedi, while continued talking to Jacen. She lost because she got eventually tired.

It demonstrates that she gets tired fast but not that her TK is weak.
