Been doing a comparison of the two on the SWTOR forums.
As force users I see them as equals, but Nox is stronger in Alter so in a force fight she'd come out on top.
Dooku however has more combative applications of control, and could redirect her attacks long enough to get into melee, at which point she would be utterly eviscerated.

I actually don't think Nox would get annihilated by Dooku in sabers. She's a surprisingly excellent duelist. Personally I go with Nox to win, she's got the tools to beat Dooku.
Well she's as skilled with a lightsaber as she is with the Force, and that's a hell of a lot. She's also got really great feats like beating Khem and a Terentatek as an acolyte with a practice saber and beating a Sith Lord without the Force.
Plus she can grab lightsabers with TK like she did with Thanaton.
Last I checked, Nox was an Inquisitor. The quote establishes that all Inquisitor's are as skilled with lightsabers as they are with the Force and so that applies to Nox as well, which is clearly backed up by her feats.
Khem still had enough potency to punch through a wall of rock.
She was weakened such that she couldn't even summon sparks of lightning or resist Paladius' TK at all, her other powers would be similarly weak. And as a Sith Lord Paladius still possesses superhuman abilities and attributes that Nox would have to match with pure skill and physical prowess.
I never claimed it was foolproof. It doesn't have to be an invincible defense to offer a substantial advantage. With it Nox can stall Dooku and force a Force battle. It's a more advanced version of Dooku blocking Anakin's blade with a chair.

Considering Dooku has "annihilated" plenty of excellent duelists I don't think this makes much of a difference. His/her Force augmentation should prolong the fight but in terms of technique Nox is definitely outclassed.Nox only did that after significantly weakening him however.But as a comparable Force user and pretty exceptional when it comes to speed and agility, he should be able to dodge, block or endure anything thrown at him.
