Damn near impossible to tell how good he is. He has been in one duel. According to Cylo he is apparently an enhanced Grievous but that could simply be a maker hyping his own creation.

What has Canon Plo done to suggest he could match Karbin's feat against Vader?

Good point. Karbin fared decently against someone who has been canonically confirmed to be both a better duelist and more powerful than Palpatine.

Is there a canon statement saying ANH Ben isn't? Because the script for ANH calls Vader's strikes"masterful" and as fast as lightning.

The script and canon accolades say Vader is a fantastic duelist as of ANH.

I'm not sure why getting old would be any issue for Ben, when you have old guys still being able to put up fights anyway.
