I've yet to see a fight in where Vader didn't immediately open with TK when he was trying to kill someone. This is canon only after all.

Besides, Ahsoka puts way more pressure on him than Obi-Wan or Dooku ever could.

I don't recall him using the fight against those fodder cyborgs either.
Honestly, name a fight where he actually used TK first. I can't think of any.
