worst would have to be iron fist that dude is literally wearing garden variety store bought spandex and ballerina shoes.
the best dressed ever! is mystique cus she's is basically naked.{she shape changes all her clothes, she said so herself] the only thing she might actually wear are boots and a utility belt for her hidden weapons.....thats hot!
I'll also have to give the nod to emma frost, cuz if you look at her pants you'll see that its impossible for her to wear under wear, plus you gotta love the days when she and storm just wore bikini bottoms and thigh high boots

6) Ultimate Captain America's soldier helmet: Apparently, Ulti!Cap wasn't a screaming enough charaticture.
5) Classic Blue Beetle II: Ted, I adore you, but people can seeing frigging neon blue.
4) Iron Fist: Collars are bad, honest.
3) Alpha Flight's team uniforms: It worked great on Guardian I and II, but not the whole damn team.

1) Silver Age Catwoman: We girls cannot fight in dresses, we just can't.
The Worst: Reversal X Emma: Girl, you became gutter trash. What happened to the confidant Emma I loved in Gen X? What?

10) Deadpool: Black and Red, very classy, very smiple, and his mask has become quite iconic.
9) Batman: Another classical design, very well designed.
8) The Fantastic Four Uniforms: Classical, functional, and usually not too sexist in the design.
7) Phoenix White: Just a lovely costume, gold and white is gorgeous.
6) Emma's Early Gen-X Outfit: Coy, yet sexy enough design to be titillating and dangerous. That was the old Emma, darling. Not the cheap hooker we have now.
5) Shadowcat's early Excal uniform; it was cute and spunky.
4) Current Catwoman: Street tough and svelte.
3) Nomad and later US Agent Costume: Because Steve Rodgers in black is hot.
2) She Hulk: Sporty and sexy leotard, and purple is a lovely color on her.
1) Death (DC): Because tank tops are comfy!
The BEST EVAH: Molly's hats. Those hats are pure love.
