Kingpin in Arkham

Allright, some story telling first-

It's been a good day in Gotham, but a bad day in Arkham. With the exception of the Penguin (not exactly maximum priority villain), every major criminal in Gotham that's been sentenced to serve in Arkham Asylum, is within the Asylum, and the day, though hectic due to the amount of villains compacted into one area, is progressing smoothly.

Then the prison bus pulls up and the "new fish" arrives.

Out steps the Kingpin of Crime of Daredevil and Spider-Man fame. The Kingpin, instead of being detained in New York (this is immediately prior to when Kingpin was put in jail in and around Civil War), he has been determined to be criminally insane (though whether that's true or not...), and shipped off to the country's most prestigious Asylum.

His lawyers mysteriously abandoned him, and it doesn't look like he'll be leaving any time soon.

Predictions?

How long until Kingpin's running the joint, or goes truly nuts with the rest of them?

Arkham can never hold the Joker.

Ivy would feed Kingpin to her plants.

Uhh...first of all...Kingpin would completely fail in the mob business in Gotham. I give him 0 chances of ever dominating the crime world. Gotham is mostly where all the mentally insane criminals end up. I don't think he has lost his sanity. So putting him in Arkham is a long shot.

Even if there was a reason to put him there...he'll be just another bald man in the joint like Hugo Strange and Mr. Freeze.

Oh, I don't think he has chances either, but it sounded lame if I only spoke up for one side in my intro.

And, the implication was that perhaps the insanity plea was to get out of jail, or someone made a horrible mistake. Either way, Kingpin's been moved to Arkham. That's the premise of the thread.

And, I'd actually buy a comic about this. Kingpin's a good villain, with a good villain personality, that would eventually break, but not at first.

Let's presume that Bullseye and another of Kingpin's cronies are there with him. Not for a fight, but for Kinpin to establish a foothold so that he lasts a little while before Joker breaks him.

Anyways, I was more asking how people thought it would go. Not criticism of an admittedly rushed blurb.
