 The Eight Dumbest Characters in Marvel

We've seen a lot of the eight smartest guys and so on. But who would you rate as the eight dumbest?

a) Not including people who lost intelligence through brain damage, retardation/mutation etc like Hulk and Drax. Just the naturally stupid?

b) Everyone for consideration? Including Drax, Hulk etc.

Rhino must be a contender.

Grundy... he was stupid beforehand, correct?

Rounding out the top 10 of stupid characters would have to every single one of Superman's rogues gallery. They're all dumb 'cause they've all had ample opportunity to kill the guy on multiple occasions but always do something stupid. I realize most of it is writing, but still; making grandiose speeches is pretty dumb.
