Batman probably has the largest rogue's gallery of any superhero, so its inevitable he'll have some duds. He also has winners though like Black Mask, Bane, Joker, Poison Ivy, Two-Face, and Catwoman.

Thats right. The father, Vincent, was a small time villain called Leapfrog. He went straight after getting beat by Daredevil. Vincent's son, Eugene, donned the costume and became Frogman, battling crime to make up for his father's former criminal career.
