I find it hard to earn my life. I work for Bell Canada and they have rules for the rules, ect... If you want to sharpen your pencil a boss will check and you'll call the union, ect...
I know I have to work but I wish I could do it from home.
I think that working is hard, school/life etc is just sometimes a bummer, I also find it hard to earn money and pay all this crap to the government at the same time...

Actually, I'd say that the hardest thing is just getting up in the morning. School is bothersome and tedious, and work, when I had it, was even worse. Generally, though, after I get myself to start out with these horrid things, they prove to be not that bad - really, just not pleasant.

given a choice, wld u go for passion or secure money?
It's too hard to make enough to be able to retire at an age where you can still get the most out of life. We spend the best years of our lives slaving to keep our heads above water, financially speaking, and by the time we can afford to retire (HA!), we're most often past those good years. Ideally, we should all be able to retire by the time we hit 45. If you want to keep on working after that, fine! But for me, I'd rather be at home, enjoying my family. My boys are growing up WAY too fast for my liking, and I'm missing it.
Well, I gave up the dream, in a way, to do a job I don't really love so that I could make my family financially secure. That being said, I kept my passion... and now I can afford to indulge it a little more! I too am a drummer, and although I'm not the best drummer out there, (having to give up the time I would have used to learn to be a really great drummer) I do well enough that I'm now playing regularly in a band, and it's great! We do weekend gigs, some Friday nights, and we're starting to make some money now. And who knows, maybe someday it'll be steady enough that I can give up my day job. Until then, I still get to pursue my dream, just in a more limited way.
So, don't give up the dream. But don't be irresponsible, either. If you're going to support a wife and family, they come first. If you're single you have a lot more options open to you, as to where you're going to direct your life. Just one more word of advice; whichever way you go, make sure you have enough of a job to take care of your current financial responsibilities... don't let anyone 'carry' you... it's not easy, but you'll be a man. (Or woman, as the case may be... )
