What guy is stupid enough to hit a girl? Unless she's got serious problems I suggest you don't do something about it, because girls always walk around in packs, so you'll never win by trying to take her down yourself, or there's always the situation where she'll rat you out because there's only a few NICE teenage girls in the world.
