Sentry dropped him. I don't think Tony's dead though. Now going by feats and current activities, Surfer takes this match easily until Sentry's power is more defined.

he had to of been moving pretty fast...he stats that ironman was moving fast then it seems like he waits and then all the sudden he coming down on him from above
I'm a big advocate of the Sentry, and Marvel does state that he is their most powerful hero on numberous occasions...but, the Surfur just got a BIG upgrade from Galactus last issue, and is seen here easily destroying an entire planet just to make a point.
