I'm gonna pick Mr. M, but really I'm just waiting for that dude to show up and say that Vulcan just cancels out their powers or adapts to them...as if he's been shown to do that against non-mutants or many people outside of his family...
I'm not sure about this match, Mr M doesn't seem to have any limits. And Exodus(Who is not a confirmed Omega) has held his own against Sersi in Bloodties.
Not sure, but Vulcans Energy powers don't seem to be limited to relatives or non-mutants due to the fact that he shut down a fragment of the Phoenix Force(Which shouldn't have happened) and that he managed to permanently steal Petra's, Darwins and Sways powers.
Although I do know however that Darwins Adapatation power is not limited to mutants because he's been burnt by non-mutant fire and has been drowned by non-mutant water.
As for the winner I think it comes down to Mr M and Vulcan.(Even though Sersi is extremely powerful) I'm leaning towards Mr M because of experience.(And the fact that Vulcan hasn't fought yet. We'll probably have to wait for Uncanny X-Men)

Sersi is 5,000 years old she has more experience than Mr. M and Vulcan combine. Sersi did blew up earth with own powers, Sersi has control of all forms of energy, transmutation, molecule conversion on a planetary scale, telepathy, telekinesis, illusion, boost metabolism, teleportation, mach speed, indestructible, Pisonic force shield, energy projection on a planetary scale, superhuman strength class 40( which can be increase into class 100), absorb cosmic energy, and she KO Immortal Hercules with one Punch, and destroyed Kree Sentry robot as where the Avengers alone couldn't destroyed.

Granted Sersi is powerful, however like I said in my previous post Exodus(Who is not a confirmed Omega Mutant) held his own against her. And managed to take her down for a few minutes.
Now if Exodus can do that, Vulcan and Mister M could possibly do far worse given the nature of their powers.
Sersi used her mental powers on him instead of using her other powers like, transmutation, molecule converision. Exodus is pisonic vampire feeding on mental powers, other than that Seri should have killed his ass with in minutes. It will come down to Mr. M and Sersi, and that one can go 50/50. Sersi is the second most powerful eternals she was right behind Zuras the prime eternal who a sky-fahter level being.
Yes she would with psionic shielding over her mind like Thanos does to protect his mind. Sersi will mop the floor with Vulcan, it wold come down to these two Sersi and Mr. M these two are closer to Molecule Man (cube being) the most powerful being on the planet in abilities.
The problem is Vulcan's stolen adaptation powers are quite formidable. Anything Sersi tries to do, Vulcan would just adapt to it. Punch him he'll become Invunerable, attack him mentally he'll become immune.
In the X-Men Deadly Genesis Series. He shuts down all of Rachel Greys powers. She does not have access to her normal Telekinesis or her Telepathy and she does not have access to her Phoenix Fragment.
Here I spent some time doing this, this is in order of how the event occured:
Meh, Sersi didn't fight particularly smart against Exodus. I don't think Exodus really has any powers that would prevent him being turned into a chair.
I don't think Mr M really had as much control over his body's atomic/molecular structure as an Eternal, as he was depowered by having an ugly kid thrown at him.
Gender: Unspecified Location: IN YOUR MIND...MUWHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
How does this show him shutting down anything but Rachels mutant power? I read it and it's clear that even with her telepathy down she can still sense echos, in the scans after she talks about this, it is not until she can feel the effects wearing off we know it is now Vulcans doing not before. Rachel came back from the end of time with no trace of the Phoenix force left in her, not until the sword thing did she have access to the force again, everything before was Phoenix imagery, like Jean used to do before she began tapping the Phoenix force.
