its not that he cant draw(not really) but his shots arent actiony enough, like who stands straight up and swings there claws.

oh no, i can block the sheild if i stand still, with my eyes closed and make an x.

or i should walk into his sheild, with a small jab.

really, this should be better, espec in recent comics, they should have bombs going off and wolves should jump at cap, trying to kill him.
this art was stiff in the 60's.
