I don't like it when people say raging demon even though it's roughly translated to that it just sounds less bad ass then shun goku satsu I mean come on Heihachi the man why only uses his fists? doesn't need a weapon WHO DOES'NT HEAVE KI oh come on with Akuma you better have a Ki level that reaches the heavens to challenge him

This looks to be an interesting match up. Even though they do seem evenly matched, I think that Akuma would have the edge in this match up. Heihachi is pretty powerful, but Akuma still has the power within him to create energy attacks to throw at his enemy; that alone could be the difference in how this battle's won.
Also, I have a little bit of Cartoon Fusion that I'd like to share involving these two (Fusion Dance Style):
Heihachi Mishima (Tekken) + Akuma (Street Fighter) = Hakichuma (a powerful martial artist who has a level of power that’s only matched by his level of wealth)
