I don't think it's superior enough to control Ultron himself. But in terms of surrounding mechanics in their fighting environment, I agree. In a featureless environment, I'd say it was a split. Ultron is almost impossible to damage but he can be BFRed.
If I remember correctly, Ultron basically tanks everything the Avengers throw at him (and Tony was seriously flipping out at the time) and then just teleports away.
But it's been a while since I read that Spider-woman trade.
^ Didn't Ultron also easily tank a direct hammer to the face by Thor?
Ultron did some some sort of huge explosion and escaped. That explosion nearly knocked out the Avengers, Thor, and the Intelligencia combined. It was in Avengers 12.1.
