I'd side with Thanos.

IMO, Odin's still more powerful that Thanos, but for me, it's clear that King Thor don't have his daddy's experience, nor his abilities.

I see Thanos outsmart him, and outlast him too.
For me, it goes like this:

Galactus >>> Rune King Thor > Odin = Zeus > Thanos > King Thor

What condition do you think that the Silver Surfer would be in if King Thor hit him with the same amount of force as he hit Captain America's shield? Consider your response before answering, and place your mind at the task of how well an unamped, and far weaker Thor did against the Surfer.

King Thor isn't Odin of course. But he doesn't have to be. Between Desak droppers, admanium/ caps' shield slagging blasts, using the terrain to bury Thanos as he lets loose a torrent of OF energy, Thanos will have his hands full.

That said, while Thor will win more than not, Thanos of course can take some.
