There's nothing here about public masturbation being legalized in Sweden, all it says is that a case against a 65 year old man caught masturbating in public was thrown out because the court ruled it didn't count as "sexual assault" as he wasn't focusing his attention on anyone. As stated at the end of the article, the act is still considered "disorderly conduct." All that happened was that the prosecutor aimed too high with his charge of sexual assault and now he has to let the old man go.

Meth ain't legal, ritalin is. Turned out I didn't just have ADHD, I also had asperger's syndrome, though I hadn't diagnosed yet, the stimulant made me uncontrollable to my parents and teachers back then, but now it just might even the odds to my competitors. I can harness hatred for productive endeavors now, without it I won't go the distance I can with it.
This measly focalin normally doesn't do jack-shit, but now I have two pills this morning, skipped a day. I feel a little more of a rush.
