First if they battle, then if they use their PS against each other at the same time and then whose stare would prove more effective against the following opponents. I want to know if they are on the very same level or if one is superior to the other.

really?, I really thought all riders has PS, and blaze being the first one.

First GR used Hellfire that destroyed your soul...which is kinda worse then the PS..

And since most of the guys on the list are either aliens / insane or both..I don't see the PS doing that much going by its track record against said combos.
