I'm going with team one on this one. I think Vader could take Malgus, and Kun could at the very least hold Tyranus off.

A better pairing would be Vader-Dooku and Malgus-Kun. The former have a rivalry already and are more easily matched against each other.

I think team 1 is on the whole stronger. Neither Malgus nor Dooku can beat Kun's amulet blasts, at least not easily, and Vader can beat Dooku and give Malgus a good fight, though I think he's outmatched.
