Who wins?
No BFR..

Fight takes place in Marvel U.

Tony and his boys have no prep and are sreaching NYC for Cap. They really expect to deal with Cap.
Hulk, Dr.Strange and Black Bolt are on a different mission while the rest are on the hunt.

Cap and Luke met Batman and Cyborg for the first time 3 days ago. Now team Cap have 1 day of prep on Tony and his boys before there in NYC..

Beast
Reed Richards
Namor

Vs

Batman
Cap.America
Cyborg
Spider-Man
Luke Cage

No kill shots in this fight..
Both teams trying to capture one another.

Yes but they really only prepped for takin on Cap..
They dont know of Caps help tell they meet them in NYc fight.

If you swapped Reed Richards and Luke Cage then I'd give Cap's team a chance. His intellect alone, along with one day to prep, would probably be enough to give them the edge.
