On topic, I'd think Joker with Wrecker's crowbar, stomps even, but I'm thinking of Pre-FLASHPOINT venom. I remember Post-FLASHPOINT Batman in venom hurting Superman(despite losing) so maybe it got a push Post-FLASHPOINT?

But srsly, Venom affects everyone differently. Hence why Bane can shred through multiple Venom-amped villains with ease, a punch from a Venom-amped Batman can draw blood from Superman(and seemingly allow him to fly??), etc. IOW, there's no telling where Red Hood would stack up in comparison to, say, Bane--who seems to get the *greatest* benefits from Venom... Though DCnU Bane admittedly has meta-level stats even without Venom, so there's also that. /shrug
Regardless, if Joker gets working knowledge of the crowbar's abilities and whatnot, there's not a damn thing Red Hood can do here, imo. CIS aside, Wrecker's powers are grossly underrated, and put him in a class WAY beyond the likes of Bane.
