Grievous and Maul, the former has been confirmed to be Obi-Wan's equal as a fighter during The Clone Wars and Obi-Wan only defeated him in RotS by driving him towards an environment which was hindering his usual fighting style.

Actually, he TKed him into submission before that (at which point Grievous pussied out).
