Jane Thor matched Hercules, who moved half the mass of earth. Wonder Woman (someone who armbarred and overpowered Supergirl and Powergirl) only moved 1/3 Earth, she's physically weaker.

Either way, Thor is stronger than Wonder Woman and Supergirl due to feats.

So it goes:

Thor > Big Barda = Wonder Woman > Supergirl > Maxima > She-Hulk > Carol Danvers
